CODE OF CONDUCT

Confidentiality - Please respect other attendee's privacy. What is discussed here may be of a very personal nature, and is to remain confidential. Also, each attendee's level of "outness" about their BDSM will vary from person to person, from being completely out to not being out at all. Please use discretion when out in a public space. Unless the Wicked Womyn Organizing Committee grants specific permission, there is to be no recording equipment used at any time throughout the weekend (i.e. cameras, video or tape recording). Any person abusing this will have their equipment confiscated. Violation of this rule is grounds for being asked to leave the conference.

 

Respect - Our attendees are from diverse racial, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Everyone has a different point of view. Please respect this point of view. There are no stupid questions, every comment is valid and encouraged.

Protocol - Note that every person's level of protocol is different. For this weekend, please follow rules of common sense. Do not touch other people's property (clothes, person's, subs/slaves, etc.) without express permission from the owner first.

Roles - Do not assume that one is Dominant or submissive. It is polite to ask first. Please do not assume that because one is Dominant that they require or want your service, nor that because one is submissive that they will provide or want to provide you with service.
